Upper mould goes down to fix EPP into the lower mould and hold for a set period7. Hot plate goes down to heat the EPP8. Hot plate goes up after heating for a set period9. Wrapping mechanism starts to wrap and Wrapping device goes back to its original position10. Upper mould goes back to its original position11. Pin cylinder extend out12. Safety curtain goes back to its original position13. Take out the wrapped sun visor14. Repeat the above operation6.Folding and welding process:1. Lower fixture reverses and starts, folds the sun visor2. Pressure cylinder starts, and timing for pressurization3. Pressure cylinder goes back to its original position4. Reverse cylinder goes back to its original position5. Put the wrapped sun visor into the fixture6. Press Start buttons with both hands7. Safety curtain goes down8. Pin cylinder go backward9. Hot plate goes down to heat EPP and hold for a set time10.Hot plate goes up to its original position 11.Pin cylinder extends outwards
